Skin peeling on fingertips and on other parts of the body is common. Peeling can be through external damage (infection, injury) or internal disease or deficiency. #1 Hydrate from the inside (Drink more water)
Skin starts peeling because of dry skin. When you hydrate your skin with enough amount of water then surely you can get rid of most of skin problems. It’s recommended to take 2 liters of water daily. (7-8 glasses of water)
Along with water take natural energy drinks like coconut water and other fruits/vegetables with high amount of water content. And keep yourself away from smoking, alcohol, tea and soft drinks, as these dehydrate you.
#2 Moisturize from the outside (apply moisturizer cream)
Applying moisturizer cream on affected area will hydrate the skin cells which will then help form new skin and remove/stop peeling.
You can also try homemade moisturizers.
#3 Try highly nutrients filled oils

- Use Aloe Vera gel on affected part.
- Massage hands with Olive oil.
- Use ripe banana and apply on hands. Consuming banana daily can help you reduce most of skin problems caused by nutrients deficiency.
